I am a former Admissions Director at an international school in Shanghai. I received the Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics at University of California at Berkeley; and the Master of Arts in Economics at the Johns Hopkins University.

Fern, Executive Director

I received the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics; and the Master of Science in Information System Management at Carnegie Mellon University.

Victoria Diem, Homeroom Teacher

I have been teaching preschool and kindergarten internationally for more than 12 years. I enjoy being creative and utilizing new methods to improve the learning environment for my students. I have incorporated a variety of hands-on activities and fun projects to inspire and motivate the students. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in English and my Master’s Degree in American Studies, both from Moldova State University. I can speak Romanian, English, and Chinese.

Ashley Kaur, Homeroom Teacher

I am inspired by this quote and believe my goal as a teacher is to light a passion for learning in each student and foster educational success. As a mother of 2 kids, I believe that nurturing mental and emotional development will lead our students to be productive and contributing members of society. I have been living in Shanghai for the past 11 years and can speak English, Hindi, and a little Chinese. My hobbies include listening to music, traveling, and creating arts & crafts. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Computed Science at University of New Delhi.

Lily, Chinese Teacher

I believe it is our responsibility to treat each student with compassion and patience. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from HuaiYing Normal University. I have been a certified early-childhood educator for more than 10 years, I am also certified in infant care, and my hobbies include singing and reading.

Bella, Chinese Teacher

Shanghai is a global community and I hope through learning Chinese, students will overcome the language barrier in our city. My goal is to provide a nurturing environment for young children in order for them have fun learning Chinese and become effective communicators. I received my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Shanghai East China Normal University and I am certified in conducting first aid.

Celine, Assistant to the Director

I have over 7 years of experience in Administration and am a mother of a 4 year-old son. I love spending time with children both at home and at work. I received my Bachelor Degree of Arts in Business English at Sanda University in Shanghai. I am fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese, and English.
